How do I join the Inner Circle VIP Program?

You don't apply - you qualify. Swap on BOB Gateway at app.gobob.xyz and once your volume crosses a threshold, your level unlocks automatically. There's no form and nothing to sign.

How do I check my VIP level?

Connect your wallet on app.gobob.xyz. Your current level, your progress to the next one and your active fee discount are shown in the app.

How does the fee discount work?

The VIP fee discount applies only to the BOB Gateway front end fees normally charged when using app.gobob.xyz. The discount does not apply on other platforms or aggregators, nor does it cover third party network or routing fees.

What counts as swap volume for VIP level progress?

All swaps on BOB Gateway at app.gobob.xyz, measured in USD at the time of each swap. Activity on other platforms or other BOB products doesn't count.

What's the difference between 90-day and lifetime volume?

You can qualify for a level either way. 90-day volume is your total over the previous 90 days and moves with your recent activity. Lifetime volume is everything you've ever swapped on Gateway and only ever goes up. Whichever gets you the higher level applies.

Your volume is supposed to earn you something but on most swap venues it doesn't.

Move a large amount of Bitcoin through a bridge or a swap app and the experience is often the same as moving $200. Same fee. Same support.

Introducing VIP Levels

We launched the Inner Circle in May to get close to a small, carefully selected group of power users. It worked and we got the right people in a room who provided rapid feedback.

Since July, volume on BOB Gateway has more than tripled and we want to give something back to our swappers. So, the BOB Inner Circle is now a VIP program. You reach a level by swapping on BOB Gateway, and every level gives you a discount on swap fees plus extra benefits. The higher levels add an account manager, a Telegram group with the founders, and an opportunity to contribute to product decisions.

Swap To Qualify

Every swap you make on the BOB Gateway app counts toward your VIP level. There are two ways to reach one, and you get whichever puts you higher:

Volume over the last 90 days. A rolling window, so it moves with you.
Lifetime volume on Gateway. This never expires.

Connect your wallet to the BOB Swap page to see your level, the discount you are getting, and how far you are from the next VIP level up.

Below $10,000 swap volume you are Level 0. The app shows how much further you need to swap to reach Level 1 and the first discount.

The more you swap on BOB Gateway, the higher your VIP level, with each level reducing your swap fees further. Discounts apply to BOB's front-end fee on the BOB Gateway app.

Features before they ship: From Level 2. You see what is coming and your feedback can change it.
