As more exchanges list BOB, it’s important to understand which network each exchange uses. This ensures you can deposit, withdraw or stake your tokens safely, without sending BOB to the wrong chain.

Because BOB exists on multiple networks (BOB, Ethereum, BSC), the place where you acquire or store your tokens determines whether you need to bridge before staking or moving them to another exchange.

Below is a guide to networks supported by each CEX - and when bridging is required.

Which Network Does Each Exchange Use for $BOB?

Here’s the current network breakdown:

  • Coinbase → Ethereum
  • Binance Alpha → BSC (BNB Smart Chain)
  • Kraken → Ethereum
  • Gate → BOB Network
  • KuCoin → BOB Network
  • Bitvavo → Ethereum
  • MEXC → BSC (BNB Smart Chain)
  • BingX → BSC (BNB Smart Chain)

This means any $BOB you buy, deposit or withdraw on these exchanges will live on that specific network.

When withdrawing from or depositing on an exchange, please ensure the exchange address is on the same network as your non-custodial wallet.

If You Want to Stake for Bonus Rewards

A one-time staking and timelock bonus of up to 250% on top of the early bird 60% staking APR is available to every BOB token holder during the first 60 days after token launch -  whether they obtained their tokens via the airdrop, community sale or open market. The 200M token bonus pool will be allocated first come first served until depleted.

The bonus amount will differ depending on how long you lock up your staked tokens for. The longer the lock up, the greater the bonus, providing greater rewards for committed BOB community members that believe in the long term potential of the project. To learn more about Staking Bonus, check  BOB Staking Guide [link].

The BOB Staking Bonus is only accessible with BOB held on the BOB Network.

So:

If you buy $BOB on an exchange that uses Ethereum or BSC…

You will need to first withdraw to a non-custodial wallet like Rabby or Metamask, then bridge to the BOB network before staking.

Examples:

  • Bought on Binance (BSC) → must bridge to BOB

  • Bought on Kraken, Bitvavo, Coinbase (Ethereum) → must bridge to BOB

  • Bought on Gate or KuCoin (BOB) → no bridge needed

Bridge to BOB using:

BOB Bridge: https://app.gobob.xyz/bridge

Transporter Bridge: https://app.transporter.io/?tab=token&token=BOB

If You Hold $BOB on the BOB Network and Want to Send to an Exchange

If your $BOB came from:

  • the Community Sale,

  • the Airdrop,

  • or Staking,

…it is already on the BOB Network.

Depending on which exchange you want to send to, you may need to bridge out of BOB.

To deposit to an exchange on BOB network (Gate or KuCoin)

No bridging required. Just deposit directly on the BOB network.

To deposit to an exchange on Ethereum (Kraken, Bitvavo, Coinbase)

You need to bridge BOB → Ethereum first.

To deposit to Binance (BSC)

You need to bridge BOB → BSC.

✔️ Use the same bridges:

BOB Bridge: https://app.gobob.xyz/en/bridge

Transporter Bridge: https://app.transporter.io/?tab=token&token=BOB

Be aware that bridging can take anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours, as CCIP currently waits for BOB to settle on the Ethereum chain, which only happens every 90 minutes. We are actively investigating faster bridging options for the BOB token.

Quick Cheat Sheet

Why Does This Matter?

Sending tokens to the wrong network may result in lost funds or delayed access. Understanding which network your CEX uses helps ensure:

  • safe deposits

  • correct withdrawals

  • eligibility for staking bonuses

  • smooth movement of your tokens
